Top Houses of $100 Million
Ft. Lauderdale - A Russian billionaire became the first person known to pay a price that was unheard of at the time. $100 million for a single-family home in the United States is still extremely rare, but the numbers are increasing. As of March 31, 2015, there are 10 properties in the United States at that price or higher. Christie's International Real Estate recently reported, the $100 million price mark will be reached at least three times in 2015. According to Christies International Real Estate those life at the top sales, are largely being created by forces outside of the housing market.
